Their main differentiation rests on the impact with which they conduct their operations, in particular their zero-waste model (focus on waste reduction, reusable containers, distribution of unsold food, etc.) and optimized logistics.
The company is a B2B subscription model: impact-driven, asset-light (contracting cooking to professional caterers) and quality-based (both on food and services). They count amongst their main clients the unicorns Payfit and Blablacar, EY, Aldi, the APHP or L’Oréal.
