Our Impact
Spearheading the transformation of lunch at work with Popchef
Sector: Foodtech /Agrotech
Popchef is a leading French foodtech company, installing and operating digital canteens through connected refrigerators with fresh daily meals for employees. Their solution is sustainable, modular and flexible, focusing on high-quality food with selected ingredients, with several options available: plateaux-repas (Lenôtre license and Popchef brand), salad/sandwich bars, coffee shops, snacking, home office delivery, etc.
Focused on offices with 50-500 employees in the Ile de France region, Popchef has a convenient and competitive offering. Their main differentiation rests on the impact with which they conduct their operations, in particular their zero-waste model (focus on waste reduction, reusable containers, distribution of unsold food, etc.) and optimized logistics.
The company is a B2B subscription model: impact-driven, asset-light (contracting cooking to professional caterers) and quality-based (both on food and services). They count amongst their main clients unicorns like Blablacar, Tier 1 corporates such as Accor and Groupe Les Echos Le Parisien, as well as public organizations such as APHP and Préfecture de Police de Paris.
