Meridiam earns Best Place to Work Certification for 2023

Meridiam has been, and for second year in a row, recognized as one of the Best Places To Work for 2023. Based on its final score of 84% after the employee evaluation and HR assessment, Meridiam stands in the top 10 employers for the year 2023, according to Best Place To Work. This certification covers all Meridiam offices worldwide.

Meridiam outperformed the employee experience index thanks to its unique culture which promotes people professional development, mobility and skills enhancement, support the taking of responsibilities and initiatives, and encourage teamwork. This certification also illustrates the commitment of employees to Meridiam and its mission and how they appreciate their working environment both flexible and agile. Some of the assessment results include:

• 88% of employees said the company is an employer of choice, reflecting its commitment to fostering a high-performance culture,
• 86% of employees indicated that cooperation and teamwork within the organization inspire the employees to give their best daily.
