Olivier joined Meridiam in 2013 and has led ever since a number of transactions including the ports of Boulogne-sur-Mer and Calais concession which reached financial close in July 2015, the Noor III CSP power plant project in Morocco and the concession of the Ivato and Fascene airports in Madagascar, which reached financial close in June 2017. He is currently leading Meridiam’s investment on the NeuConnect interconnector project. Apart from his development and investment tasks, he also holds board memberships in several Meridiam assets.
Olivier used to be Commercial Director at Bouygues Travaux Publics where he worked on numerous transactions including the Canal Seine Nord in France, R1 and D1 motorways in Slovakia and where he led the development and reached financial close of the L2 Marseille by-pass just before joining Meridiam. Formerly he was Managing Director of the Port of Gennevilliers (main profit centre of the Paris Port) and worked at the Ministry of Transport prior to that.
Olivier holds a Master’s in civil engineering from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées, a Master’s in Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique and a MPhil in Mathematics from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). He is a certified board member.
