Mr. Inwoo Lee is Vice President for Global Business Team at Samsung Life Insurance.

Before joining Samsung Life, Mr. Lee was the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Americas Investment Division at DWS.

Mr. Inwoo Lee, throughout his career at DWS, accumulated expertise in developing corporate development strategies in the asset management sector. As the Head of Americas Strategy and M&A, he oversaw strategic investments and evaluated M&A opportunities in the US asset management sector. In addition to the US region, Mr. Lee also co-led EMEA based M&A strategy and transactions and acted as the interim head of APAC Strategy and M&A in 2020 and 2021.

Before joining DWS group, Mr. Lee assumed various positions as a strategy consultant, finance manager, and investment banker, accumulating his foundation in the financial market.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics (Finance and Accounting majors) and from Ross School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
