Barbara Lantz is Executive Director at Meridiam.

An engineer by training and a graduate of École nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Barbara has more than 15 years of experience in the development, structuring and financing of sustainable infrastructure projects. She joined Meridiam in 2019 after holding investment and construction roles across Europe, Asia and the Americas at VINCI.

At Meridiam, Barbara has led the origination, development and execution of complex public-private partnership and energy transition projects across Europe. Her experience spans transport, social infrastructure, water and sustainable mobility, including landmark projects in the United Kingdom, France and Jordan.

Barbara has contributed to several flagship transactions, including the Welsh Education Partnership programme, the A465 road project in Wales, EV charging infrastructure in France, a biomass project in central France and the National Water Carrier project in Jordan. She also serves on the boards of several Meridiam portfolio companies.
