Thierry Dallard appointed by the French government to chair the SGP (Agency for the Greater Paris)

Thierry Dallard joined Meridiam in 2007 as Director of French PPP projects business development. He has worked on several major infrastructure projects including Vélopolis, National Velodrome Stadium of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, which will be used for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Prior to Meridiam, Thierry managed several offices, including the Mobility and Infrastructure Unit of the Marseille Departmental Infrastructure Office. He was also responsible for the development and implementation of major public infrastructure plans, the coordination of highways with local transport in and around Marseille, Nice and Montpellier. He was then development director of the South of France Highways, the biggest French concession company. Most importantly, as Deputy director of the Ministry for Transport and Infrastructure’s General Highways Department he was responsible for the decentralisation and the reorganisation of national road services.

Thierry holds a doctorate in fluid mechanics from the University of Paris (Pierre et Marie Curie University Paris 6), and is also a graduate of the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées (Structural Engineering School in Paris) and the Ecole Normale Supérieure.
