A strategic operation that accelerates Meridiam’s development in essential health, education and mobility services. The Portfolio consists of 4 hospitals located in Madrid, Ibiza, Vigo and Toledo (3,350 hospital beds), 2 roads (125km long) and The Barcelona Law School extension which serves 7,000 students.

This acquisition illustrates Meridiam commitment to invest and manage Infrastructure that provides essential services to communities in mobility and social infrastructure, two sectors at the heart of its development strategy. It also expands its footprint in sustainable infrastructure in Spain.

In the country, the firm already manages three independent motorway concessions : Ausol I and Ausol II (105km) located in Andalusia, one of the country’s most dynamic economic regions, interconnecting Malaga to Guadiaro and A66, a 50 km motorway in Castilla y Leon.
