Matthieu Muzumdar is Partner and Deputy CEO at Meridiam.

Matthieu joined Meridiam in 2011 as Investment Director, transitioned to Investor Relations Director in 2013, and became  Chief Operating Officer for Europe in 2018. He was appointed Deputy CEO in 2023.

Prior to Meridiam, Matthieu served at the French Ministry of Transport as Head of Concession Operations, managing France’s highway concession network spanning over 8,000 km.

Matthieu is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) in Paris. He has been teaching at ENPC since 2009 and served as the inaugural programme director for the Infrastructure Project Finance Advanced Master’s programme in 2016–2017.
