Christophe de Carmoy

Christophe de Carmoy is Executive Director UK and Ireland at Meridiam.
He joined Meridiam in 2009 as Director of Investor Relations, setting up the function and supporting MIE II (including a dedicated vehicle for EBRD) and MINA II fundraising. In 2012 he joined the development team where he worked primarily on large secondary transactions, German A-Models and airports projects. He led or supported the financial close of transactions such as Eiffage accommodations portfolio, A7 Germany or WEP.
In 2019, he moved to the UK to become CEO of Fulcrum Infrastructure Management (FIM). FIM, with 55 employees, provides senior staff and support functions to Meridiam UK assets. He is also responsible for Meridiam UK Portfolio Management where he worked on the purchase and carve-out of LiFT’s facility management provider (Kudos), Isle of Wight construction claims and currently Nottingham tramway financial restructuring.
He is a project board member of 5 UK assets and 2 German assets. He is also a member of Island Road H&S forum which focuses on reducing work accidents related to the Isle of Wight road network management.
