Okamac is the European leader of Apple computer reconditioning, offering B2C, B2B and B2G clients one of the largest catalogues of the market for MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini and Mac pro, up to 70% more affordable than new devices. Thanks to its unique technical know-how, Okamac combines high environmental and impact with economic viability.
Okamac is the only fully integrated player specialized on the Apple computer segment. Thanks to its sourcing strategy, Okamac is able to secure large volumes of computers from Apple’s “Trade In” program.
The company tests, cleans, repairs and refurbishes all computers in-house in its workshops in Angers, guaranteeing a high level of quality control.
Okamac is recognized for its unique ability to refurbish older and lower grade computers, allowing to save 115 to 257 kg of CO2 equivalent and up to 1.6 kg of raw materials for each reconditioned device while preserving operating margins.
Okamac operates in France and Europe, with c.50% international sales.

Okamac’s major contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are mostly on:
- SDG 12 – Responsible consumption and production by avoiding tons of natural ressources usage and tons of e-waste
- SDG 13 – Climate change by avoiding emissions of tons of CO2 from the manufacturing of new computers
- SDG 8 – Decent work and economic growth by the jobs created within Okamac and the savings for consumers when purchasing reconditioned computers
Overall Okamac should prevent the emission of more than 65,000 tons of CO2 during the next 5 years, and contribute to a sustainable economic growth.
