Carrefour EV Charging, France

The Project involves the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance through a 15-year concession of 1,900 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points on c.200 hypermarkets, owned by leading retailer Carrefour, in France. The Project will contribute to achieving the French Government’s target to promote electromobility and is in line with Meridiam’s commitment to develop clean mobility solutions.
Carrefour will be the first retailer in France to offer its customers a complete electro-mobility solution, powered by green energy. Hence, the Project will be providing customers with electric mobility hubs across the country, meeting the market’s current and future needs for a long-term charging solution.
