Our impact
Blyyd: Decarbonizing logistics operations by enabling the electrification of yard and industrial vehicle fleets, while improving operational efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership
Sector: Clean mobility
Blyyd is a European player specialized in the electrification of logistics yard operations, providing fully electric yard tractors designed for demanding logistics and industrial environments.
Based in Lyon, Blyyd designs, commercializes and maintains fully electric yard tractors used to manage trailer movements within logistics sites – critical, highly intensive operations traditionally performed by diesel vehicles. Its tractors combine a fully electric architecture, swappable batteries and smart monitoring tools, enabling enhanced safety, near-continuous operations and optimized fleet management.
The company serves major retailers and logistics operators, primarily in France, where it has built a c.20-25% market share.
Since inception, Blyyd has deployed more than 160 tractors in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK.
