Jonathan is a Partner, and Executive Director. He is based in Meridiam’s Washington, DC office.

He joined Meridiam’s North American investment team in 2012, after 6 years of engineering and consulting in Australia and the UK.

With Meridiam he has led the development, structuring and investment in a number of major transportation projects, including several managed lanes projects in the US.  He also plays a key role in the management and governance of key transportation and energy assets across the North American portfolio as a Board member.  This role has included leading major financial refinancings and re-structuring’s of portfolio projects for Meridiam.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of International Economics & Finance from the University of Queensland.
