Meridiam and its partners will run Sofia Airport for 35 years and invest €600 million in its development.
Meridiam and its partner Munich Airport, acting in its capacity as the airport operator, have been awarded the concession of Sofia Airport (SOF) in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria. This project will boost the economic growth and tourist development of the country.
The consortium will invest more than €600m for the development of Sofia Airport and will manage it over 35 years.
