The Project, intiated by the national Finnish Transport Agency ("FTA"), comprises the design, build and renovation, financing, maintenance and operation of a stretch of the E18 motorway between Koskenkylä and Kotka in South Finland:

conversion of the current highway into a motorway in the existing section from Koskenkyla to Loviisa (17 km)

construction of a new motorway from Loviisa to Kotka (36 km)
 

Revenue profile

Revenue will come from availability payments during the project life.
