We believe that the complexity of the PPP business, requires a knowledgeable investment teamwith the ability to combine the specific strategic, financial, technical, and organisational skills required. We are a multicultural team with an international background. The senior members of Meridiam are committed and act as partners in the management company.
Whereas some equity financers might aim at a fast exit after construction completion, we offer to our business partners a real capacity to understand and manage project risks and revenues during the operating phase, whilst creating real value for the investors over the long term. Our investments directors have sat at the board of several SPVs.
As an active developer, we wish to be involved from opportunity identification through the bid stage in the delivery of the project, sharing development costs. We participate in projects with real demand and commercial risks, in addition to availability payment schemes.
