Stéphane graduated from the Ecole Nationale de l’Eau et de l’Environnement in Strasbourg and subsequently held various positions in the PPP and concessions sectors. In 1998 he joined Suez Group, a major global utilities company whose activities relates to the design, financing, construction and operation of water and energy facilities. At Suez, Stéphane developed, managed or restructured infrastructure projects in South Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Australia and Europe.

In 2006, he joined Vinci Concessions as Structured Finance Manager for international projects and largely contributed to Vinci successful positioning as a leader on the large infrastructure market with projects in Europe like Coentunnel in Netherlands, R1 in Slovakia or Liefkenshoek Rail Tunnel in Belgium. Then late 2008, he was appointed Manager of Vinci Concessions for Portugal with the development of HSL projects and asset management activities related to Lusoponte Tagus crossings’ concession.

Stéphane is Meridiam Director of Asset Management and performs a wide variety of tasks related to the portfolio and the proactive management of participations of Meridiam Infrastructure Fund and is responsible for the ongoing management, operational and partnership activities of the projects owned by Meridiam worldwide.
