After a first experience in Project Finance and Structured Finance at Veolia Eau in 2008 where he took part in various large wastewater treatment and desalination projects, Romain joined Meridiam in 2010.

Since there, he has worked on the bid preparation of several major projects in France (A63 motorway, LGVs, public buildings) and abroad (UK, Spain, Finland, US). In 2011, he was notably involved in the Nottingham Tramway PFI (NET Phase II) in the UK and recently participated in the successful bid and EUR 425M financial close of the E18 Motorway PPP in Finland.

Romain graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a Master in Project Finance (Ecole des Ponts ParisTech – Université Paris Ouest La Défense).
