Prior to joining Meridiam in early 2009, Peter was member of the project finance team at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). During the time at RBS he gained significant experience advising clients on structuring, finance raising and execution of infrastructure transactions, with a focus on road and transportation projects in CEE as well as social infrastructure in the UK. Transactions he has advised upon include the A2 Motroway in Poland, R1 and D1 Motorways in Slovakia, E65 Tollroad in Greece, Pinderfields Hospital PFI in the UK and BSF Bradford Schools PFI in the UK. Peter began his career at KPMG as a management consultant before moving to the project finance practice of PwC.

Since joining Meridiam, Peter has closed Segment II of the A2 in Poland and originated transactions in Finland and Poland and currently holds the position as CEO of A2 Segment I.

Peter holds a Master of Applied Finance (MAF) from the University of Melbourne Business School, Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Westminster, London.
