John M. Dionisio is an Investment Director for Meridiam Infrastructure North America Corp. and is based in New York. Since joining Meridiam in 2005 as one of the initial members, John has been actively engaged across a variety of infrastructure investment disciplines, including project development, project finance, fundraising, and corporate finance.
 
As an investment professional and project developer, John has played active roles in the development of major North American and European PPPs, including the IH 635/ LBJ Managed Lanes Project in Texas, the North Tarrant Express Project, the Port of Miami Tunnel Project, the A2 Motorway in Poland, and the Long Beach Courthouse Project.  John’s knowledge and expertise in financial structuring and capital markets includes the successful utilization of the TIFIA credit program and Private Activity Bonds on various competitive financing solutions on PPP Deals in the US market.
 
John has also been actively involved in Meridiam’s capital raising efforts for its three, 25-year greenfield-focused Public Private Partnership infrastructure funds. In addition, John has served as the Corporate Finance Manager for Meridiam Infrastructure North America, which entailed the management and coordination of all North American corporate and finance related activities, including financial, legal, fiscal and regulatory compliance.
John holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
