Jad has recently joined Meridiam’s Toronto office as an Associate Investment Director. Prior to joining Meridiam, Jad held a number of different roles in the Canadian P3 industry including project manager for Infrastructure Ontario, the crown agency responsible of P3 procurement in the Province where he managed the procurement process for some of the first P3 deals in Ontario, VP Project Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising public and private clients on their P3 transactions, and senior bid manager with Balfour Beatty Capital bidding on P3 projects.

Prior to moving to Canada, he was a project manager for a construction company in the UAE where he managed the construction of residential and commercial towers.

Jad has a bachelor of civil engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA in finance from McGill University.
