Emmanuel is a partner and the global CFO at Meridiam Infrastructure, in charge of strategic orientations and all administrative and financial activities of all Meridiam Funds and its management company, including the preparation of budgets and accounts, the review of the performance of the assets and their regular valuation, and the management of all reporting activities.

Emmanuel joined AECOM in 2005 as an associate director in charge of developing and delivering the first Meridiam Fund and initiating its first investments in Texas and Austria. As investment Director of Meridiam from January 2006, he was responsible for the development of further PPP opportunities in Ireland and in France, including the pipeline of high speed rail projects.

Prior to Meridiam, he spent 8 years as project director at Egis Projects, where he managed a number of infrastructure projects throughout the Tender stage to financial close and was heavily involved in leading the negotiations and the structuring of Public Private Partnership throughout Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. In particular, he closed the Daejeon Expressway in South Korea in 2001 and subsequently became the General Manager of the Concession Company in charge of starting up its activities. He also supported the Business development activities of Egis in Australia in 2004.

Emmanuel holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Nantes and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. Emmanuel started his career at the Center for Transport Studies at University College London where he spent 2 years working on EU Transport projects.
