Emmanuel is Corporate Secretary at Meridiam Infrastructure, in charge of managing the corporate perimeter, corporate law and the various corporate bodies within Meridiam. He also occupies the function of Chief Compliance Officer for Meridiam globally.
Emmanuel joined Meridiam in 2006 where he first managed middle office aspects including investor relations and reporting functions.

Prior to Meridiam, Emmanuel worked as an Internal Legal Counsel for Egis Projects for 6 years, in charge of corporate aspects and PPP contracts negotiation.

Emmanuel holds a degree in Law from Lyon University and a first year PhD (DEA) in Contract Law.
