Elisabeth joined Meridiam as a Senior Investment Director and is based in Meridiam’s Toronto office. She has extensive PPP experience having held senior positions at SNC-Lavalin, Dessau-Soprin and the Agence des Partenariats Public-Privé du Quebec. During her time at these organisations, Elisabeth was directly involved in numerous PPP projects including the OSM Concert Hall in Montreal, the Southeast Stoney Trail project, in Calgary and the South Fraser Perimeter Road project, in British Columbia.

In addition to her roles overseeing PPP investments and project management, Elisabeth spent the early part of her career as a technical specialist at EBA Engineering Consultants followed by a few years as a senior manager of a manufacturing company.

Elisabeth holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Alberta, a MBA from the University of Montreal and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
