Jane’s Transport Finance Awards 2009
The awards are given in the aviation, legal, shipping, rail and road sectors with the winners each judged on a specific deal which demonstrates that their finance house or bank has shown particular innovation and skill in securing finance for transportation assets. The awards will be judged by a panel of leading experts and Jane’s Transport Finance editorial team. Meridiam received one award: European Road Deal of the Year – A2 Phase II 
PFI Awards 2009
This year's PFI Annual Awards Dinner took place on 20th January 2010 in London. Attended by over 500 of the world's most senior project finance professionals, the Awards are highly regarded in the industry. The awards were judged by a panel. Meridiam received three awards: Financial Sponsor of the Year P3 Deal of the Year (Americas) POMT Infrastructure Deal of the Year R1 
Project Finance Magazine Deal of the Year Awards 2009
This year’s Project Finance Magazine Deals of the Year Awards 2009 covered several regions, including the Americas and EMEA. The awards focus on project finance transactions and the relevant events were held in London on 11th February 2010 and in New York on 4th March 2010. The awards were judged by a panel. Meridiam received two awards in the EMEA region and one award in the Americas region and one Global: European Sponsor of the Year Award European Road Deal of the Year Award R1 NA Transport Deal of the Year POMT Global Deal of the Year (POMT) 
Infrastructure Investor Awards 2009
Whilst no event is held for these awards, the results are announced online and published in the magazine which is popular predominately with investors. The awards were decided through a poll of the industry and the results are announced in the March 2010 issue. Meridiam received four awards: North American Infrastructure Deal of the Year (POMT) Global PPP transaction of the Year (POMT ) NA PPP transaction of the Year (POMT) European Infrastructure fund manager of the year 
Infrastructure Journal Awards 2009
The Awards cover transactions closed globally in the Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables, Transport and PPP industries and was held in London on 11th March 2010. The awards were judged by a panel. Meridiam received two awards: Sponsor of the Year Global Transport Deal of the Year NTE In January 2010, Meridiam was also ranked third in the Global Sponsors category in the Infrastructure Journal League Tables. This category covered all project finance activities globally including power, telecoms, transport, PPP, environmental and oil & gas. 
The LIFT Awards 2009
These awards recognise the commitment, innovation and dedication of the LIFT industry in delivering high quality infrastructure and health services to local communities. To date 48 LIFT companies have been established in England, delivering over 250 new facilities, with investment of approx £2bn. Merdiam has investments in six LIFT companies and is developing further LIFT investments through Fulcrum Group.
